All content, source code, game mechanics, assets, dictionary configurations, trademarks, logos, and graphics associated with Spell the Hive are the intellectual property of Arid Clown and its contributors.

You agree not to exploit the game or proprietary code for commercial purposes, disrupt or manipulate the local database, or package and redistribute the application without permission.

Spell the Hive is provided as is and as available, without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Arid Clown, its developers, and contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of game progress or data resulting from use of the application.

These terms and disputes related to Spell the Hive are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict of law principles.
